Where it all began
Action Experiences was founded in Cranbourne, Victoria with a single hot air balloon and a dream — to share the breathtaking beauty of the Victorian countryside from above. What started as a small family operation has grown into one of Australia's most trusted adventure experience providers.
Over two decades we have carried thousands of passengers safely into the skies, each flight a unique canvas painted by the morning light, the wind, and the landscape below. Our passion for flight is matched only by our commitment to safety and exceptional service.
Today we operate a fleet of modern balloons and a team of highly qualified pilots, offering everything from intimate sunrise flights to grand champagne celebrations and premium gift experiences.
Safety is everything
Every flight we operate meets or exceeds the strict standards set by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). Our pilots hold commercial balloon pilot licences and undergo regular recurrent training.
CASA certified
All pilots hold current CASA commercial balloon pilot licences with thousands of logged flight hours.
Fully insured
Comprehensive aviation insurance covering all passengers and crew on every flight.
Daily weather assessment
Flights are only conducted in optimal conditions. Our pilots perform rigorous pre-flight weather checks every morning.
Modern equipment
Our balloon fleet is maintained to the highest standards with regular inspections and certified equipment.
